Scott Dickenson has a DPT from the University of Southern California, a BS in Athletic Training from the University of Pittsburgh, has completed an Orthopedic Residency at the University of Delaware, and passed his Orthopedic Clinical Specialist Exam in 2020. He has 4 years of clinical experience in orthopedic settings across the Philadelphia and Delaware regions. He is also the founder of NecksLevel, Inc., a neck strengthening device company. Scott has served as a University guest lecturer in both physical therapy and athletic training programs and has presented on cervical spine conditions, and treatment strategies. Dedicated to student education, he has served as a teaching assistant at University of Southern California, University of Delaware, and Arcadia University. He is published in peer reviewed journals, and has presented at national Physical Therapy Conferences.

Dr. Sparley obtained her undergraduate degree from Saint Catherine University in Saint Paul, MN where she studied Biochemistry, Math and Latin, graduating with honors. For 10+ years, she worked as an ophthalmic technician for an ophthalmologist specializing in uveitis and corneal disease, before deciding to continue her education. She graduated summa cum laude with her Doctorate in Chiropractic from the University of Western States in Portland, OR and completed the Sports Medicine Residency at Southern California University of Health Sciences. She has been able to travel as a medical provider domestically and internationally with various Olympic and Paralympic teams including water polo, field hockey, rugby, fencing, cycling, track and field and BMX. She has also conducted research in Alzheimer’s Disease at the Alzheimer’s Research Center and Multiple Sclerosis at the Portland VA Medical Center, through which she has published several papers.
Dr. Sparley has always been active in her community and has spent many years volunteering for Guide Dogs for the Blind as a puppy raiser and the Washington School for the Blind as a ski instructor.
Dr. Sparley is also an avid athlete, participating in a wide variety of sports including skiing, canyoneering, backpacking, powerlifting, dance, volleyball and more. She not only enjoys playing sports herself but she truly enjoys helping others get into sports by coaching, instructing and guiding outdoor adventures and providing medical support for sporting events

Brett Burton, PT, DPT, SCS, ATC, CSCS is a clinician, entrepreneur, educator, and coach. He is the founder of One Harmonic Motion and Somavive. He is based out of his hometown in McCook, Nebraska and has been teaching B Strong BFR Certification Seminars through One Harmonic Motion since 2019.
Brett started using BFR in his clinical practice starting in 2017 and gained a better understanding of BFR application following training under Dr. Jim Stray-Gundersen, co founder of B Strong. He has effectively applied BFR with a wide range of individuals. Starting with elite athletes during his time at EXOS in Phoenix, Arizona to more recently older adults and individuals with chronic conditions.
In his efforts to serve a wide range of individuals with BFR, Brett has expanded his experience with using different BFR systems in addition to B Strong including Saga Fitness and Kaatsu after becoming a Kaatsu Specialist.
Brett now brings over five years of experience using BFR on a regular basis in clinical practice, over three years of experience using BFR through Somavive’s digital platform, and has trained hundreds of health and fitness professionals across the country and

Combining manual therapy, including joint manipulation and neuromuscular stabilization, with
therapeutic exercise, Dr. Winchester effectively treats functional pathologies and acts as a catalyst for
patients working to enhance their performance.

Dr. Winchester’s published research includes topics such as offering a multidisciplinary approach for
treatment of the pregnant population and foot dysfunction. Various chiropractic journals have also
featured Dr. Winchester for his patient-driven treatment model. He also has authored two chapters for
textbooks.
Dr. Winchester enjoys treating professional and collegiate athletes and has gained a reputation for his
sports medicine background. His expertise has placed him at the forefront of the ulnar collateral
ligament rupture epidemic in professional baseball pitchers, providing insights into causation and
effective treatment protocols. Dr. Winchester served as the chiropractor for the St. Louis Cardinals from
2014-2018 and still consults with various Major League Baseball and other professiona teams and
colleges. Still, his passion remains with diagnosing and treating the ailments of a diverse patient
population with conservative-based protocols.
Jason W. Amstutz DC, RTP, CCSP, CSCS
Dr. Jason Amstutz has been teaching the intricacies of fascia and tensegrity in the clinical setting for 14 years. His extensive rehabilitative work with professional athletes in the NHL, PGA, LPGA, MLB and NBA has stemmed from these revolutionary concepts. His complex understanding of the properties and anatomy of fascia and how it relates specifically to PFS will improve your practice and patient outcomes.
