CANCELLATION POLICY
- Requests for refunds must be emailed to CalChiro's Director of Continuing Education at scarey@calchiro.org.
- Registrants may substitute another person for the same event registration at no additional cost if the substitute is the same registration type of equal value. Please email your substitution request to CalChiro's Director of Continuing Education at scarey@calchiro.org.
- Cancellations until February 11, 2026, are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations between February 12–March 14, 2026, are eligible for a 50% refund.
- Cancellations after March 14, 2026, are non-refundable.
