Audrianne has an extensive background and “hands-on” experience in the design and implementation of leadership and management training programs that help define leadership role clarification and motivate their employees towards increased business performance. Audrianne holds a Bachelor’s degree in Personnel Management. She is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources, as well as certified in compensation development and design, including full scale pay-for-performance programs. She has an extensive background in developing and facilitating corporate training programs, including certification as a Franklin/Covey trainer, including 7 Habits for Highly Effective People and Principle Centered Leadership.
