California Chiropractic Association (CalChiro) has put in place preventative measures recommended by the State of California to reduce the spread of COVID-19, however, CalChiro cannot guarantee that you or anyone else will not become exposed to or infected with COVID-19 as a result of participating in the CalChiro Fall 2021 Conference at The Meritage Resort and Spa. Participation in the Fall 2021 Conference could increase the risk of contracting COVID-19.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of being permitted to participate in the Fall 2021 Conference offered by CalChiro, I understand, acknowledge and agree to the following:

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Registration cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing to kcarey@calchiro.org by October 15, 2021 to be eligible for a refund, and are subject to a $100 cancellation fee. Requests received after this date will not be accepted. Refunds will be processed after the close of the conference. Please allow up to six (6) weeks for the refund to be issued.
If the in-person event is cancelled due to COVID-19 your registration will be converted to a livestream registration and will NOT be refunded. Only lunches will be refunded.
