Dennis J. Barker,D.C. has been helping patients in Contra Costa since 1994. Continuing education is a key component of his success and he earned his Trauma Qualification in 2023, MRI and Primary Spine Care Qualification in 2024, and Hospital Qualification in 2025 which are post graduate programs through chiropractic and medical academia. The material taught in the trauma qualification significantly enhances his diagnostic and treatment skills for musculoskeletal injuries. In 2018 he received advanced certification in the treatment of whiplash injuries and biomechanics from the Spine Research Institute of San Diego, and also advanced certification from Rocktape in taping techniques, and instrument assisted soft tissue manipulation.
