Gone are the days that women put their feet up and eat bon-bons or hide away while pregnant. Women want to be active during pregnancy, but many are afraid or do not know where to start and once the wee bundle of joy comes, they do not know how or when to start back. Some health care providers are also unsure of the most recent guidelines and do not always know how best to help these women. The good news is that women can and should exercise during and following pregnancy. The guidelines for exercise during pregnancy have been updated so come learn all about them.
