You will find out about the top CPT codes used by DCs, like manual therapy (97140), and why they are denied. You will come to understand when to use the top modifiers relevant to chiropractic, such as the 25 and 59, and how to support them with documentation. You will discover the most common diagnosis code mistakes made by chiropractors, such as the danger of using unspecified or symptom-based codes. Bring your own questions and find the guidelines and rules that will save you the headache of denials so you can focus more on your patients.
