Description

Please join us for our San Joaquin/Stanislaus District Live CE meeting!

This course equips learners to recognize and avoid professional misconduct in healthcare and law by examining real cases and ethical pitfalls. It clarifies improper referral practices—such as kickbacks—and applies these concepts through practical hypotheticals. Participants will also learn to navigate legal and ethical challenges specific to chiropractic care, including gaps in treatment, liability concerns, Prop 213 limitations, and key statutes of limitation. The session concludes with actionable compliance strategies, from prompt record release to staying current with professional resources and associations.

Dinner Included with Registration!
