  • Requests for refunds must be emailed to kcarey@calchiro.org.
  • Registrants may substitute another person for the same PI Seminar at no additional cost if the substitute is the same registration type of equal value. Please email your substitution request to kcarey@calchiro.org.
  • Cancellations until September 16, 2022 are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations between September 17, 2022 and September 22, 2022 are eligible for a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations after Sept 23, 2022 are non-refundable.
