Dr. Kaliakin recently retired after 40 years of clinical practice, most of it in an integrated setting. He discovered MSKUS at a conference and subsequently trained by mentor L. Noel Stipkovitch DC, one of the original pioneers of MSKUS in chiropractic. Took and passed his board exam in 1996. He has used ultrasound initially as a diagnostic tool in his practice since then and then added ultrasound image guidance in the office working with PM&R specialist Adam Silver DO. Upon Dr Stipkovitch’s passing, Dr. Kaliakin took over his consultancy AIMDUS, and has run it since 200. He teaches an intro course in MSKUS to doctors and techs; and provides an interpretation service with a medical radiologist providing a diagnostic report of images sent to him by clients.
