Lisa E. Ivancich is the managing partner of Ivancich & Costis, LLP. She is a Board-Certified Specialist in Workers’ Compensation and is also a Northern California Super Lawyer. She is an active member of the California Applicants’ Attorneys Association and of the California State Bar. Ms. Ivancich is a graduate of UCLA and received her law degree from Golden Gate Law School in San Francisco. She is a tireless and aggressive advocate on behalf of her clients.
Michael Giachino joined Hanna Brophy in 1985 and became a partner in 1989. He handles all types of workers’ compensation claims at any level of complexity. He defends self-insured employers as well as insurance carriers. Prior to receiving his Juris Doctor from San Francisco Law School, Michael Giachino studied economics and political science while attending the University of California, Berkeley. He graduated from Berkeley with honors in 1974.

Hailey is an NLP Practitioner and founder of Inspired Practice Solutions. Dr. Lundquist was earning her Bachelor's Degree at Cal State Fullerton when she had her personal experience with chiropractic care. She then attended Los Angeles Chiropractic College and graduated Summa Cum Laude in 1990.
Dr. Anne Lundquist loves working with patients of all ages, but has a special affinity for her pregnant and postpartum moms and their children. From the beginning of her years in practice, Dr. Lundquist wanted to be able to help families in those critically important years of pregnancy and early childhood. She pursued postgraduate training and earned her FICPA credential from the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association and has over 32 years of experience and expertise in working with pregnant women, infants and children. Sherry McAllister, DC, M.S. (Ed) CCSP, serves as the President of the Foundation for Chiropractic Progress, the national not-for- profit organization showcasing the benefits of chiropractic care across multiple platforms. Dr. McAllister earned her Master’s in Science from the University of California East Bay as a graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic West, where she served as an Associate Professor. She has recently completed two certification programs: One from Stanford Graduate School of Business in Executive Leadership Development and one from Yale University: Science of Wellbeing. She is a frequent guest speaker for National Conventions, Corporate Wellness Programs, International Chiropractic Seminars, Health Benefit/Advisory Panels and Business and Healthcare Alliances. Dr. McAllister has served as a Qualified Medical Examiner, Expert Chiropractic Witness for the State of California, and has been in private practice in San Jose since 1996.
Jennifer Pedley, MS, DC, CCSP®, DACBR resides in Redlands, California. She achieved her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology/Pre-medicine and in Exercise and Sport Science at University of Wisconsin- La Crosse. Her doctorate degree in chiropractic was obtained at Northwestern Health Sciences University in Minneapolis, Minnesota. She also completed the radiology residency at National University of Health Sciences and successfully passed American Chiropractic Board of Radiology examination. During the residency, she achieved a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in diagnostic imaging, a diplomate as a board certified chiropractic radiologist and a Certified Chiropractic Sport Physician (C.C.S.P)®. Following the residency, Jennifer also attended a visiting radiology fellowship at Duke University Medical Center in Durham, North Carolina.
Today, Jennifer has a private radiology consulting practice reading for medical and chiropractic doctors, and imaging centers such as University Medical Imaging in Sacramento, CA. She is also the Past president of the American Chiropractic College of Radiology (ACCR), a radiology lecturer for organizations in California and for Foot Levelers.
Samuel Collins is a nationally recognized expert on insurance billing and coding for chiropractic acupuncture, and physical medicine billing. For 21 years, he has created and taught continuing education seminars throughout the United States and internationally. Sam is also a member of the Optum Health (United Health Care) Physical Health Reimbursement Committee and part of the Traditional Medicine Reference Group and Functional Disability Reference Group for World Health Organization ICD11.

The novel coronavirus, COVID-19, has been declared a worldwide pandemic by the World Health Organization. COVID-19 is extremely contagious and is believed to spread mainly from person-to-person contact. It is believed that an asymptomatic individual can be infected with and transmit COVID-19 without their knowledge.
California Chiropractic Association (CalChiro) has put in place preventative measures recommended by the State of California to reduce the spread of COVID-19, however, CalChiro cannot guarantee that you or anyone else will not become exposed to or infected with COVID-19 as a result of participating in the CalChiro Fall Conference 2023 at The Meritage Resort and Spa. Participation in the CalChiro Fall Conference could increase the risk of contracting COVID-19.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of being permitted to participate in the Fall Conference offered by CalChiro, I understand, acknowledge and agree to the following:
I have independently evaluated and reviewed the risks of being exposed to or infected with COVID-19 and have determined to participate in the CalChiro Fall Conference with full knowledge and acceptance of the risk. Fully understanding these risks, I, for myself, hereby agree to assume full responsibility and liability for the risk of bodily injury, illness, permanent disability, and/or death which may result from exposure to or infection with COVID- 19 before, during, or after participating in the CalChiro Fall Conference.
I, for myself, heirs and assigns, hereby waive, release, and discharge CalChiro, its officials, employees, volunteers, attorneys, and agents from any and all liability to me for any and all losses or damages resulting from bodily injury, illness, permanent disability, and/or death, whether caused by negligence of CalChiro or its officials, employees, volunteers, attorneys, and agents or otherwise, which claims, losses, and demands arise during or result directly or indirectly from exposure to or infection with COVID-19 before, during, or after participating in the CalChiro Fall Conference.
I also acknowledge that in the event the State or local health department issues a mandatory “Stay at Home” order or mandates the closure of certain programs and/or facilities, participant(s) registration will be transferred to the online event. Refunds will NOT be issued.
