Major changes occurred to the CPT Evaluation and Management codes for services rendered on or after January 1, 2021. Participants will learn about those changes and how to code properly. We will also look at the few ICD-10 changes that went into effect on October 1, 2020 and cover the “Accountable Billings” 318 of the Rules and Regulations document.

Beyond her unmatched CSS Services, Lisa was a featured columnist for Dynamic Chiropractic. She has also guest lectured for Palmer College of Chiropractic-West, Life Chiropractic College-West, Karl Parker Seminars, Pat Gayman’s Empower-U Workshops, Munson and Associates’ Professional Chiropractic Assistants programs. She developed the Chiropractic Assistants’ training programs at Palmer-West, and is a frequent speaker for local associations and state conventions.
