As a chiropractor for over 20 years, I have helped thousands of people overcome injury and adopt a healthier and more active lifestyle. I myself have experienced the life-changing impact of regaining my active lifestyle after injury, and I’m passionate about helping others achieve the same. I grew up playing numerous competitive sports, including tennis, soccer, badminton, and provincial field hockey, and I’m still very active in my daily life. It was my love of sport that made me want to become a chiropractor. More recently, my love of the spine, biomechanics, and mobility led me to the study of yoga as a way to keep fit, stay youthful, and have fun. I am a yoga teacher at Movati Athletic in Kanata and also teach anatomy as part of yoga teacher training to prospective students.
