Dr. Tom Grant is an expert in medical care protocols, personal injury documentation, PI coding, and insurance communication. As a med-legal consultant and medical record analyst, he provides pre-trial medical claim support and tactical claims strategy to help attorneys develop optimum settlement results. As Director of Education for Pragma Intel, Dr. Grant provides expert training of surgeons, psychologists, pain management MD’s, DC’s, and additional specialists to collaborate together for the patient’s best injury care and loss recovery. His consistent pre-trial success strategies are the foundation of his training tools. Dr. Grant's tools help doctors develop more highly successful PI skills, improved patient treatment outcomes, and insurance-accepted documentation that, combined together, result in better settlement value and proper reimbursements.
Dr. Whalen has more than 40 years experience in the health care field, including 30 years in chiropractic. He is Board Certified in Chiropractic Neurology, a Fellow of the International College of Chiropractors, and an acknowledged expert in workers’ compensation.
He has extensive experience in treating a wide variety of patients, including weekend warriors, auto and whiplash injuries, work injuries, children and adults of all ages.
Dr. Whalen has been a leader in his profession, having served as President of the California Chiropractic Association, and he chaired the national chiropractic organization charged with developing treatment guidelines. He is published in the scientific literature on a variety of subjects, and remains active in professional volunteer activities. He was honored over his career as Student of the Year, New Doctor of the Year, Doctor of the Year (twice) and recently received the Charles and Betty Adams Lifetime Achievement Award from the California Chiropractic Association.
Dr. Andrew Williams graduated from the University of Nebraska with a Bachelor's in Sociology in 2002 and graduated from Palmer West with a Doctorate of Chiropractic in 2006. Dr. Williams is the owner of Back in Motion ChiroSpa in Elk Grove. He had been a CalChiro member upon graduating and has served the Sacramento Valley District as President and District Director, and CalChiro Board of Directors Regional Director and currently is in his second term as CalChiro’s President. Dr. Williams is married to his beautiful wife, Laura and together they have two adorable sons, Mikah and Kaleb. When time allows, he officiates local high school wrestling. He is also an avid Kings and Nebraska Huskers fan.
Dr. Thomson has over a decade of clinical experience and is an accomplished chiropractor, leader, speaker and businesswoman. In addition to her successful practice, Dr. Thomson is also a board member for the California Chiropractic Association, Associated Faculty at Southern California University of Health Sciences and a writer for Help What Hurts. As an athlete and an avid sports fan, Dr. Thomson is passionate about treating athletes and improving sports performance. She has gone through Level 1 and Medical Level 2 courses with the Titleist Performance Institute and is also certified through OnBaseU Hitting and Pitching, Racquetfit, FMS, FCS, SFMA level 1 and 2 and Functional Medicine University. Dr. Thomson lives in Whittier, California with her husband, Sean and her 2 kids, Joseph and Cora. She still plays soccer, enjoys running half marathons and donating her time and talents to local businesses and organizations.
Dmitry Gurovich was born in the former Soviet Union. There, he witnessed numerous incidents of abuses of power by the soviet government and its law enforcement system. When he immigrated to the United States in 1980, he finished high school and completed his college education at UCLA. He then decided to attend Loyola Law School and pursue the study of criminal defense. He was admitted to the California state bar in 1995.
This criminal defense field of law is his passion. He devotes his time to studying its intricacies and latest developments. Mr. Gurovich practices in Sherman Oaks with Gurovich, Berk & Associates.

He has handled hundreds of trials and arbitrations in California and has been a pro chiropractic advocate for years. He was named trial lawyer of the year in 2021 by American Institute for legal professionals.
