ACL tears are significant injuries that can drastically alter the trajectory of a patient’s athletic potential. The primary focus of this presentation will be to highlight the latest research and ever-changing trends related to the delicate process that we, as practitioners, need to undertake to identify risk factors, assess potential mobility issues as well as focus on recovery techniques and guidance for prevention of future ACL injuries.
