After 32 years of practice I'm considering retiring. I would like to find a young chiropractor who is hands on in adjusting with some experience with sports medicine.

My plan is to sell my building to the doctor and include the practice and all the equipment, good will and patients in the building sale. Building value is $650,000. Office generated $430K working 3/4 time.

Lompoc is a wonderful California coastal community next to Vandenberg Space Force Base. The population is about 45,000 and there are currently only 3 of us Chiropractors. We are all quite busy with zero advertising.
