Sana Khan, MD, PhD, Radiologist/Neurophysiologist, Expert MRI

Dr. Sana Khan is an accomplished radiologist, researcher, teacher and entrepreneur.  He attended medical school at UCLA and graduated as a Dean’s Scholar with M.D. and Ph.D. degrees in Anatomy and Clinical Neurophysiology.  He was the first radiologist in the U.S. with the Stand-Up Weight-Bearing MRI and has contributed significantly to the advancement of this technology.  He is a nationally renowned scientist conducting on-going research with the Departments of Orthopedic Surgery at UCLA, USC, City of Hope Cancer Hospital, UC San Diego and the US Department of Defense. Having published and contributed to over a hundred research papers, Dr. Khan is a prolific lecturer at conferences nationally and internationally. Dr. Khan also brings extensive expertise in the medical-legal aspect of imaging Musculoskeletal and Traumatic Brain Injuries.  His  “MedSchool for Attorneys” Zoominars regularly attract a thousand plus attendees.  

Dr. Khan has received numerous awards for his medical accomplishments such as U.S. Congressional Medal of Distinction, 2008 for Advancement of Medical Science (Radiology) and in 2013 induction into the prestigious President’s Circle of the Radiological Society of North America for contribution to research in Radiology.  

In addition to his academic and research accomplishments, Dr. Khan is also a serial entrepreneur having built diagnostic centers nationally and garnered such awards as “Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year, 2008 Finalist in California” and “Keys to the City of Houston from Mayor Bill White, for financial and academic contributions to the city. 

Dr. Khan resides in Orange County, California with his wife Safura and 4 children. 

Khuram Sial, MD, American Spine Injury

Dr. Sial completed his residency training in physical medicine & rehabilitation at Baylor College of Medicine before completing his Interventional Spine Fellowship at Harvard Medical School’s Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center.

He has over 15 years experience practicing interventional minimally invasive spine procedures for pain control. He is the Founder and Owner of American Spine, Spine Injury Accident Leaders who specialize in injury victims. They have over 15 locations throughout Southern California. During his fellowship, he wrote a book chapter in Waldman’s Pain Management textbook called Cervical Facet Syndrome and he specializes in the proper diagnosis and treatment of the spine, facet pain and the treatment of disc injuries causing sciatic low back pain and neck pain.

He is also one of the few physicians in the country who offer endoscopic spine surgery as the least invasive spine surgical procedure.

Timothy Wiebe, MD

Dr. Wiebe is a neurological surgeon and Diplomate of the American Board of Neurological Surgery. 

 

His practice includes adult and pediatric neurosurgery. He has particular interest in 

developmental and occult neurosurgical lesions that manifest as variants of cerebellar herniation, tethered cord, and syringomyelia.

 
Charles Xeller, MD

Dr. Xeller did all of his medical training in New York City but he is NOT a Yankee fan.  He is a NY Met fan. He has been Board Certified In orthopedics since 1987. Dr. Xeller is a Medical Director of Veteran Evaluation Services QME/AME for California and Nevada, and designated doctor in Texas.

 

He is a Past President and Chairman of the International Academy of Orthopedic Surgeon. He also teaches the 4th and 5th Edition of the AMA Guides. Dr. Xeller is the Editor in Chief of the Journal of Neurological and Orthopedic Surgeons.
